Take a wholesome look at your running journey. With a coach sat in your pocket the entire way, covering all aspects to help you be a mejor runner. Coaching is one to one personalised training to get you to exactly where you want to be, whether that to simply enjoy running, running your first 5km or becoming an ultra marathoner.

Plan

You get a, written just for you, weekly training plan, delivered right into a app on your phone. The plan is adjusted and adapted week on week to make sure that everything is working and fits into your life, allowing you to get a balance between work, training and life.

Check-ins and communication

This is your experience and your journey. Your coach will be regularly checking in with you to make sure you are happy and on the right path. After your initial consultation and onboarding set up calls you will have access to regular video or telephone calls to keep updated on progress as well as consistent support from your coach via WhatsApp and a community of other athletes to help you on your journey.

A whole, well rounded training plan

Your coaching plan goes beyond just the top layer. Online run coaching is deigned to make you a mejor runner and following a structured plan over time will help you to progress towards your goal. But in a wholesome approach, your coach, will also cover a periodised progressive strength plan, designed to get you stronger, fitter, healthier, move better and be injury free. There is also the option to discuss nutrition as a part of your coaching to make sure you get the most from it. You will be flying!

Our personalised strength coaching brings the energy to you. Whether you want to feel fitter, stronger, healthier or just a bit more confident then one to one strength coaching may just be the thing you need to a mejor life! Your coach will be with you every step of the way, helping you through your plan to make sure you get the most out of everything.

Already on your health and fitness journey. Feel like you’re making progress running or in the gym but feel like you’re not making the best choices nutritionally? Or are you looking to double down on your progress and take your training to the next level by focussing on your nutrition? Whether your goal is weightloss, vitality or performance then this service is for you.

Plan

This service does not include you getting a meal plan, or prescribing certain foods at certain times, but instead discussing different nutritional strategies and targets that align with your goal and how you might achieve them.

How often can I access the coaches?

All of our services are personal training and rely on constant and accurate communication between yourself and your coach. You will have your own WhatsApp chat thread with your coach to use as and when you need, and they will always answer you as soon as possible. You will also have access to the #teammejor group chat, a community of your fellow athletes, who are always happy to share their experiences

How do I get my training?

We use an app called Truecoach to deliver your training to you. It is a simple delivery system so that pdfs and messages don’t get lost. Your coach uploads the training for the week and it appears in your pocket. You can then tick it off when you’re done, and your coach will be alerted.

Something has come up and my training plan needs to change this week. Is this ok?

Absolutely! We fully understand that life sometimes gets in the way and plans have to change. If you let your coach know as early as possible then they can be on hand to adjust the plan and make the changes so that everything still works for you.

Are my workouts new each month?

Because every thing we do is personalised; every athlete has their own plan which is updated week on week. There will be times that you repeat sessions, especially in your strength training so that we can gain some consistency and track our progress. If things aren’t working for us, for whatever reason, then your coach will update and change your plan.
